  1. Video Evidence for Returns/Damage:
    1. When requesting a return or reporting damage, please provide unaltered opening video of the parcel. The video should be uncut, unedited and capturing the entire unboxing process with a clear view of the package label and seal.
  2. Eligibility for Return/Exchange:
    1. Return or exchanges will be processed only under the following circumstances:
      1. The received product is visibly damaged as evidenced in the opening video.
      2. The received product has incorrect customizations.
  3. The incorrect product must be returned in its original condition, including brand’s/Manufacturer’s box, tags, user manual, warranty card, and all accompanying accessories.
  4. Return Window:
    1. Products are eligible for return within a window of 48 hours from the date of receipt.
  5. Non-Returnable Items:
    1. Products marked as “non-returnable” on the product details page can not be returned.
  6. Valid Reasons for Return:
    1. Return will only be accepted for valid and genuine reasons. We can not offer return or exchange for reasons like  change of mind or Items not required.
  7. Refund Eligibility and Process:
    1. Replacement of product will be offered in case of damaged product or wrong item delivered.
    2. Refunds will be offered only in case of the same product not available on the store.
  8. Exchange Process:
    1. In the case of replacement or incorrect product delivery, the process may take 10-12 working days from the date of the final solution provided by MySakhie. This solution will include arranging the pickup of the incorrect item, with tracking details for the correct product provided once it is dispatched.
  9. Shipping for Returns:
    1. Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the returned item in case agreed on return for any reason, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

  10. Refund:
    1. Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    2. If approved, the refund will be processed and credited to your original method of payment within 7 business days.
    3. Refunds may take 5-7 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your payment method and financial institution.
