Though we are taking atmost care to deliver the product to you, in many out of control circumtances disputes may occure. In such case please contact us, together we can come to a solution.
Following few points will help us to resolve the dispute quickly –
Easy Genuine Return / Refund Policy
We have a 5 days Easy Genuine Return/refund Policy, if 5 days have gone since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Reason of return must be genuine. Change of mind / any personal reason/ replacement with another product could not be a genuine reason.
Product not as per Order / Wrong Shipment
You may return the items if product received is not as per your order. Inform us within 2 days of receipt of product. You may keep the product if you like it or we will initiate the replacement of the product to the ordered one.
Damaged or Defective Product
If you have received item in damaged condition you must contact us within 2 days of delivery with the parcel opening video of damaged item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same new condition that you received it. You must pack the item properly and must also be in the original packaging with all accessories.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase, please send us your order number or order confirmation email.

Refunds
Once your return is received, inspected and accepted, we will issue the refund to your original payment method or Gpay/UPI payment if your order was cash on delivery.
Cash handaling charges of Rs.30/- will be deducted if the payment method was Cash on Delievery or Pay on Delievery.
Refund may take upto 7 to 10 bank working days depending on bank procedures.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
